The next step is to present design mood boards, spatial layouts, and conceptual sketches for client review, ensuring alignment with the overall design theme, operational workflow requirements, and brand identity integration.

Design Development
In this stage, we prepare comprehensive, detailed drawings, 3D renderings, and technical specifications, collaborating closely with MEP engineers to integrate HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems into the design.

Costing & Proposal
The next phase involves delivering detailed, itemized cost estimates with various material options and identifying value-engineering alternatives to optimize project costs while maintaining quality standards.

Construction & Permit Processing
During this stage, we coordinate the mobilization of project teams, conduct comprehensive site safety orientations, and track daily progress, while performing rigorous quality inspections at each project milestone to ensure compliance with standards. In addition, we manage the processing and issuance of necessary permits, such as general building permits, as well as the required authorizations and certifications for fit-out contractors in the area, to guarantee a smooth and uninterrupted construction process.

Final Styling & Quality Inspection
We oversee the installation of furniture, finishes, and branding elements to complete the design vision, and perform thorough punch listing with final adjustments to ensure the project meets quality standards.

Turnover & After-Sales Support
Upon project completion, clients are provided with as-built drawings, warranties, and comprehensive maintenance manuals, along with after-sales support to address any post-construction concerns and ensure continued satisfaction with the completed space.
